i don't know if i asked you to do this but i want to get email addresses cause it is so much easier to do email. if you could send me some that would be great. also if you could, maybe you could get onto my old email address, sportsboy13@msn.com and get some peoples addresses like kayla, joslyn, brittney stevenson, kim russon, spencer mecham, chris, jen, and any other people that you or tori would think i could email. that would be great thanx mom!!
Now i have decided instead of writin a letter i will write ya a email. its a lot faster and easier and it doesn't give me carpletunnel or however you spell that :) everything here is great. i love this gospel. it is so hard but so fun. Everything you do is very rewarding.
It is so crazy that you guys know my president shelly. he is a really cool man. right now i am really struggling with my companion, elder carpenter. it is really difficult cause i have to do all my work then i have to push him along and help him with his. i am so used to just taking care of myself. he is a very energetic person and he really doesn't do very well when we are in class for 10 hours or more a day. but i am trying to do my best with him.
Tell tori that she needs to write me a letter. i can only check my email on fridays so you guys need to send me letters during the week. I want to hear from her. i want to know what is goin on.
Tell dad thanx for the letter. I love him so much and i miss you guys. but the snacks and goodies make up for it :) haha jk you guys are awesome. but i don't even feel like a missionary yet. it is so weird. i don't know when it is goin to set in...But i love learning about the gospel constantly and feeling the spirit a lot. There is so much to do we have barely any time to do anything for ourselves, they keep us so busy. I don't know if i told u this analogy yet but its like trying to drink water from a fire hose...It isn't really too hard waking up early every day but by the end of the day you are just worn out. you are falling asleep in all your classes.
SO every sunday and tues we have a devotional where someone comes to talk to us. On sunday we got to hear from Elder Hinkley, President Hinkleys father. It was pretty cool. he was amazing.
today we got to go to the temple and do a session. it was way cool, the provo temple is amazing. and their breakfast is very good too!! Its cool that wherever you go the temple and gospel is the same. WE have a lot of diverse people in our district. they are from all over the US but we all have the same experiences with the church.
WEll my 30 mins is almost up. I just want you guys to know i love all of you, yes even you jansen :) a mission is amazing, hard but amazing. It is totally worth it. my testimony has grown so much. I know that the spirit is with me. I feel it so strong all the time. The book of mormon is so amazing. I LOVE IT!! Jesus Christ is my savior and redeemer. he loves me and i know he does. He died for me, and so i will give up 2 years of my life for him!!! I owe him that much and i will serve with all my heart might mind and strength. my spanish is progressing and i know its because the of spirit. God be with you till we meet again!!!
